James Kerney Williams, 45, of Littleton died Friday in Saint Anthony Hospital Central.  Services were Monday in Drinkwine Chapel of Peace.  Burial was in Littleton Cemetery.  Mr. Williams was an insurance agent with Horace Mann Insurance Co. and a member of Denver Life Underwriters.  He married Anne Marie Hauschildt on Sept. 27, 1969 in St. Louis.  He is survived by his wife; three sons, Hans E. Williams, Kerney Williams and Roger Williams, all of Littleton; a daughter, Traci Ramirez of Littleton; his parents, Thomas G. and Mary H. Williams of Alamogordo, N.M.; three brothers, Thomas G. Williams, Jr. of Atlanta, Walter P. Williams of St. Peters, Mo., and Rogrn N. Williams of Natchitoches, LA.; and one granddaughter.  Contributions:  American Cancer Society, 2255 S.
